Arriving at the Welcome Reception

To help make your arrival as smooth as possible, we encourage attendees to take advantage of early check-in before the reception begins.

Conference check-in opens at 14:00 (2:00 PM) on Saturday, October 24.

Picking up your badge early will allow you to avoid lines and head directly to the Welcome Reception at 18:00.

Metro

The easiest way to reach Hungexpo by public transportation is via the Budapest Metro M2 (Red Line) to Örs vezér tere Station.

From the station, attendees may board the complimentary EMNLP shuttle or enjoy a short walk to the venue.

Complimentary EMNLP Shuttle

A complimentary EMNLP shuttle will operate between Örs vezér tere Metro Station (M2 – Red Line) and the Hungexpo Budapest Congress Center before and after the Welcome Reception.

A detailed shuttle schedule will be posted closer to the conference.

Uber & Taxi

Uber, Bolt, licensed taxis, and other rideshare services are readily available throughout Budapest.
